RULES
- There is a 60 second time limit for all classes including the Speed Penning.
- Both the 14 and 7 class are guaranteed one go Thursday and one go Friday. The top 40 teams in the 14 Class and the top 60 teams in the 7 class will come back for a 2nd go each day. In the event that there are excessive or insufficient entries, the Classic committee reserves the right to adjust this number accordingly. This will be communicated at the time the order of go is posted. Top ten teams come back Saturday for a 5th go. Best aggregate wins. Day money will be paid on Thursday and Friday.
- The Open Shootout will have the first go run on Friday. The committee is still trying to determine an appropriate time slot for this class so stay tuned as to the final schedule. It will either run first thing Friday morning or it will run last thing Friday evening if logistically, fresh cattle can be provided to this class. It would also provide the best possible showing for the Northlands spectators. The second go of the Open Shootout would consist of the top 30 teams but would be run Saturday morning after the 10 Shootout. Again this schedule is tentative based on current entries and time allotment from Northlands.
- The 10 Shootout will have the first go run on Thursday. The committe is still trying to determine an appropriate time slot for this class so stay tuned as to the final schedule. It would also provide the best possible showing for the Northlands spectators. The second go of the 10 Shootout would consist of the top 40 teams but would be run starting at 8 a.m. Saturday morning. Again this schedule is tentative based on current entries and time allotment fom Northlands.
- In the event that more teams are entered than the advertised allotted amount, a public random draw will be held. The tentative date for this has been set for September 9, 2010 with the place still to be determined.
- Teams cancelled after October 1st will forfeit all fees.
- Entries not complying with the rules will be rejected.
